This was my team's entry into the RSA 2008 (Including you) for which we were shortlisted.

The brief was to devise ways to elleviate the suffering of people with long term illnesses.
Our entry focused on diabetes and the excess of instruments needed to support the condition. We devised an all-in-one handset similar to a mobile phone which uses the standard calendar application available on most handsets to plan and log a diabetics' timetable. It also carries a screw-on syringe with a compartment to keep needles and strips.
